Golf Shop Attendant
The Golf Shop Attendant is responsible for providing Members and guests with an exceptional Golf Shop experience. The attendant's duties consist of, but are not limited to, meeting and greeting all Members and guests that visit the Golf Shop, assisting with all shopping needs, merchandising the golf shop floor, maintain product knowledge, ensuring cleanliness, maintaining inventory stock and displays, recording special orders, answering the telephone, utilizing point of sale, and communicating Member feedback with the Professional Staff.
The Golf Shop Attendant regularly required to lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted. This individual is also required to stand and reach with hands and arms and regularly use hands and fingers.
Vicmead Hunt Club, a private country club in Greenville, DE is seeking lifeguards for the 2021 Season.
Individuals must be flexible and available to work days and weekends. Season starts Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Current lifeguard, first aid and CPR certifications required. We are looking for outgoing, energetic, and friendly individuals who love being outside and interacting with families. This is a great first time job for those who want to get their feet wet!
The Lifeguard is responsible for overseeing all swimming activities within the pool. This will include ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for all members. The Lifeguard's areas of responsibility will include the pool, pool grounds, pump room, locker rooms, and guard stations.
There is also an opportunity for earning additional income by providing private swim lessons for members.
The Club maintains a great working environment and excellent wages.
Due to the nature of our business, the Club serves alcoholic beverages and is not permitted to hire individuals under 16 years of age.
Halfway House Attendant
The Halfway House Attendant is responsible for providing Members and guests with an exceptional food and beverage experience during their round of golf. The attendant's duties consist of, but are not limited to, meeting and greeting all Members and guests that visit the Halfway House, servicing their food and beverage needs, ensuring quick service turnaround with minimal disruption to pace of play, maintaining stock of all food and beverage items offered with necessary rotation, while ensuring cleanliness inside and outside of the Halfway House – including regularly monitoring the restroom facilities. This position works closely with the Golf Staff and Food and Beverage leadership team.
The Halfway House Attendant must be ABC Certified by the State, is regularly required to lift/move up to 50 pounds unassisted. This individual is also required to stand and reach with hands and arms and regularly use hands and fingers. While performing the tasks of this position, the individual is regularly exposed to outside weather conditions.
Our food & beverage department offers many dining styles, from farmhouse lunches, pool side barbecues and a full-service ice cream window to fine dining and banquets.
We are now hiring part-time & full-time servers for our terrace lunches at our outdoor dining spaces at Bidermann Golf Course and Vicmead Hunt Club.
Although no serving experience is required, we are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, hard-working people that thrive on being a team player.
A variety of shifts are available. Weekdays, evenings, and weekend shifts with flexible or set schedules are all available.
